A Day Out

No pictures today folks, was too busy walking around to do so.

So what I did today was basically shopping, shopping and more shopping to get all my stuff for my stay in San Francisco. Guess what - we didn't get everything today. Probably gonna need another trip to get the remaining stuff. I bought some long sleeves, a hoodie, sweatpants, another pair of shoes and slippers. I basically got everything at Ross today, but went to a few other places like Kohls and Costco.

Speaking about Costco, the pizza there is just GINORMOUS! So is the chocolate ice cream bar there, super huge and rich in flavor. I only had the ice cream plus 4 slices of pizza and that was it. Mmm pepperoni, how can you not love it? Its the first time I've been to Costco, and its another warehouse-like outlet that sells items in bulk. Really reminds me of nothing but IKEA back home for some reason, maybe because of the similar style.

Before heading home, we stopped by Yogurt Lounge for a quick snack. According to my cousin, its apparently "fat and guilt-free". A Malaysian reference? Snogurt, nuff' said. Basically the same style, just squeeze out the flavor you like (you may mix), add your sprinkles or stuff, weigh and pay. Its usually about 2$ a cup and it tastes just like Snogurt back home, just that it has more flavor selections.

Later I went to the swimming pool with my cousin because apparently she wanted to throw a pool party tomorrow but then she had her "thing" suddenly after a few months of its absence and she wanted to try out a tamp- yeah you get it. So basically me and my two cousins (her and her sister) went to the pool for a dip. Okay, it wasn't really a dip, it was like almost 2 hours in the pool. Because it was already going to be night when we entered, the fog started to roll in and due to the cooling weather the hot tub in the corner was sort of giving off steam. After coming out of the hot tub my cousin said my body was releasing steam. Am I really that hot? :P

Oh and also, staying too long in the hot tub makes you feel all tired after you get out. I felt like a waking jelly when I got out of the tub. During those few moments I just wanted to drop dead and sleep. Oh well, after a refreshing shower it got better and now I'm back at my cousin's house. Its a movie night yo!
